I'm so glad that you provided our code number to identify the driver because we were practically forced to go with another service. A man with a luggage cart grabbed my luggage from me and told us that the hotel sent a car for us and then they asked for our last name! then I asked them what the code word was and they were speechless. The vans we rode in were very comfortable and clean. Your driver (Ian) was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The cold bottled water was very refreshing and much appreciated as was the cold bottle of Piton. Ian stopped at a few vistas for some photos and even stopped at a grocery store (at our request) on our way to our resort. We felt very safe with Ian and enjoyed our trip to the resort.

My husband and I recently travelled to Saint Lucia for vacation. I contacted Janus and received a quick reply with a quote and reservation information. We arrived at UVF and was promptly greeted with our driver and soon to be friend, Isaac. He was incredibly friendly and drove us to Smugglers Cove Resort and Spa, located on the very Northern part of the Island. It was over a 2 hour drive, but Isaac made sure we were comfortable and even bought us lunch at a delicious local vendor! We stopped along the way and took photos along the beautiful island. He was incredibly polite and professional and made our trip to and from our hotel very pleasant. He offered the most affordable rates for transportation and was very flexible for our flights. Super reliable! If you need transportation from UVF, my husband and I highly recommend using Isaac through the Janus shuttle service.

Having spoken with Janus on a number of occasions, prior to our trip and decided to book all of our transfers with him after reading the reviews. We were not disappointed! Not only were the tours and drivers always early, courteous and informative, but Janus went out of his way to assist us in amending our itinerary to ensure that we got the best from our time in St Lucia and made recommendations for us. We cannot thank him and the drivers, Sam, Randell, Sammy and Gideon enough! We definitely would suggest a private day tour, the drivers are excellent, informative and fun, it also means you can tailor each attraction to your own needs. We spent more time and some and less at others, Sammy was great at being flexible and providing suggestions!

Thank you very much for such a warm welcome to St Lucia. The transfer to our resort from the airport was absolutely fantastic. Apart from a very comfortable and well-kept car, our driver (I think his name is Randall) was simply great. He really took care of making it a wonderful experience for us showing us a few villages along the way and giving very interesting facts about the island. It really felt a bit more like an excursion instead of a dull transfer!

My wife and I went on a week's vacation on St Lucia. I contacted St Lucia Airport Shuttle via their website. Janus Gyan responded very promptly via email. We made arrangements for transportation from the airport to the resort. The driver was waiting for us with a sign when we exited immigration and customs. The car was comfortable, clean and spacious (I am over 6 ft tall). The ride was interesting with an informative conversation with our driver, Bobby. We used St Lucia Airport Shuttle for our trip back to the airport as well. I cannot imagine how the service could be any better.

We had a great time in St Lucia and a safe and quick trip to the airport. We were sad to leave.
Our driver (same guy both ways) was excellent and gave us some great information about St Lucia during our rides. He even stopped and bought us bread from a local bakery which was absolutely delicious. I cannot recall his name, but he was fantastic.

It was great. Shaun was the best. The guides didn't talk as much as I was expecting but it was still a great trip. Overall Shaun made the trip. asked if we could stop to get some beer for the ride, and he smiled and
said he had one in the car for me. LOVE that! Chester was also very
pleasant. He asked what and if I wanted to do anything (which I didn't

I am so very happy the service I received by your company. From the promptness of your drivers to very reasonable pricing. The drivers were very courteous and knowledgable of all the areas we drove through and available tours also(but not pushy salesmen). Their driving skills were exemplary and on some of the roads it could be treacherous due to Dec. flooding,width of the road and the hairpin turns.
